Deluxe Boletus Mix
Our deluxe boletus mix is a lovely blend of North American boletes, leccinum and suillus mushrooms. Its rich, deep, complex and full bodied flavour is almost essential if you're planning on cooking the best mushroom risotto ever. A note of caution: although we've never had a complaint in over 20 years and offer only the dried mushroom, some people are intolerant of fresh, uncooked leccinum.
