Maple Butter
Maple butter, also known as maple cream, is a whipped, spreadable version of maple syrup. Slather it on toast, pancakes or eat it from the spoon. Made from organic amber single-source Ontario maple syrup, our maple butter has the same purity and flavour as ou other maple products. Because we do not use stabilizers or fillers, some natural separation will happen over time, with sugar crysals gradually developing on the top of the butter. That's maple rock candy, which you can eat if you like.
