Organic Maple Sugar Flakes
Maple-sugar flakes are made by freeze drying the sap of the sugar maple (Acer saccharum). Our maple sugar flakes come from a sugar bush in southwestern Ontario and are certified organic by Pro-cert. Pure maple-sugar flakes are light, crispy, and will melt in your mouth. Their deep flavour and complex finish makes them ideal for finishing baked goods. Try sprinkling some on ice cream or frozen yogurt or in a cocktail.
