Sweet fern syrup
Sweet fern syrup is a fragrant syrup with a dry finish that is great for cocktails. It is made in small batches with Ontario-harvested sweet fern, organic sugar and a touch of natural citric acid. Although it starts out sweet and floral, its natural tannins give this delicious woodsy forest flavour a wonderful bite.
