Ox-Eye Daisy Capers
Ox-eye daisy capers are made by preserving the flower buds of the common daisy (Leucanthemum vuleare) in a light marinade. These capers do not have the same level of salt as other capers, but can be used in the same way. They make a surprising and tasty addition to any salad or stuffing mix, and they pair extremely well with fish.
