This is strawberry exactly as Nature intended. It is easily the finest strawberry preserve I have had the pleasure of tasting. Flavour is most abundant - three dimensional even. One need not apply it to toast in too thick a layer - just a little will be more than enough to provide for a red rainbow to blossom within one's mouth. Much gratitude and respect to those who foraged and prepared this delicacy. One can tell that a lot of love and care went into this gem.
